摘要
通过问卷调查与个别访谈相结合的方式,对石家庄市某社区卫生服务站进行了个案调查。结果表明,该社区卫生服务站的民众认可度较高,社区卫生服务功能基本得以体现。但服务站建设中还存在着一些问题,困扰着社区卫生服务工作的进一步开展。为此,一方面,需充分发挥政府主导作用,落实政府补偿机制,加大宣传力度,加强监督,落实保障措施;另一方面,应加强服务站自身建设,转变观念,完善管理机制,提高服务水平,创新服务内容,积极开展中医服务。
A questionnaire and interviews are conducted to investigate the community health center in Shijiazhuang.Result shows that a higher concensus is obtained of the residents on the services,despite certain questions.It is proposed that the government should make investment,publicity and inspection.Moreover,the center should improve services and management,and offer Chinese medicinal services.
