摘要
小城镇经济发展对增加内需、加速城镇化进程和缩小城乡差距等方面有着重大意义。当前小城镇经济发展面临着诸多困境,小城镇经济发展应在产业结构调整、提高经济发展要素的吸纳力、促进农村劳动力二次转移和完善社会保障制度等方面采取相应对策,促进小城镇经济快速健康发展。
The small towns＇ economic development plays an important role in extending domestic demand, accelerating the urban- ization process and narrowing the urban-rural gap. Being confronted with many difficulties the small towns must adjust their industrial structures, improve their absorptive capacity of the economic development elements, promote the transfer of rural labor and perfect the social security system so that their economy may develop rapidly and soundly.
