摘要
通过对比试验研究了LF-VD精炼炉用MgO-C砖和MgO-CaO-C砖的浊损,结果表明:MgO-C砖的蚀损主要是由于结构疏松而造成的剥落;MgO-CaO-C砖的蚀损的主要是由于法侵蚀而造成的溶解;操作因素中熔渣溶解和热辐射是造成耐材侵蚀的主要原因,通过控制合适的渣量及预调渣中MgO含量可以减轻耐火砖的侵蚀。
The research has been done on cormsion of MgO-C and MgO-CaO-C bricksused for LF-VD through contrast experiments. The results make it clear that the main reason ofcorrosion of MgO-C brick is due to peel off caused by loose structure and the main reason of corrosion of MgO-CaO-C brick is due to dissolve reaction caused by slag corrosion. We can decreasethe corrosion of firebricks by means of controlling the quantity of slags and the content of MgO in slags.
