作为政府支出的重要组成部分,政府投资长期为人们所关注。政府投资是推动经济持续增长的重要因素,在未来一段时间内,政府投资仍然是辽宁省经济增长的主要推动力之一,而通过政府投资推进经济增长方式的转变,关键是重新界定政府职能、投资范围和规模,做到政府投资要"有所不为才能有所为"。
As an important component of government spending,government investment is concerned for a longterm. Govern ment investment is an important faetor and still is the main driving force to promote the eeonomie growth in Liaoning province in the next period of time. Therefore ,government should redefine government functions ,the scope and scale of investment.
