6-TPS并联坐标测量机结构设计与实体建模

摘要 分析与设计了6-TPS并联坐标测量机结构,根据其技术指标,设计了各部件的结构、形状及尺寸。在Pro/Engineer环境下,完成了虚拟样机的实体建模,通过仿真分析,确定了结构参数。 Structure analysis and design of a 6-TPS parallel mechanism was researched,the structure,shape and size of components have been designed according to its technical indicators.We completed the virtual prototype entity modeling in Pro/E environment,defined the structure parameters by simulation analysis and laid a foundation for the manufacture of actual prototype.
