摘要 目的:通过wav格式心音信号的回放,还原心脏跳动音,解决传统听诊器听诊心脏跳动音弱的缺点。方法:基于LabVIEW8.6开发平台,设计了心音信号回放系统,以电脑声卡的形式清楚地播放心脏跳动音。结果:通过对正常人和二尖瓣狭窄患者的心音信号进行回放,从心脏跳动音和心音图上都能够表现出明显的差异。结论:实验结果证明该方法能直观有效的区分正常和异常心音,解决了传统心脏听诊存在的主要问题,有助于心脏病的辅助诊断。 Objective:Returning to original state of heart beat sounds through playbacking the wav format heart sound signals,soluting the shortcoming that heart beat sound is weak about the tradition stethoscope auscultation.Methods:Designing the heart sound signal playback system based on LabVIEW8.6 Develop platform,broadcasting the heart beat sounds clearly by the computer sound card form. Results:We can see obvious difference from the heart beat sounds andheart sound charts through playbacking the different heart sound signal samples of normal person and Mitral stenosis patients.Conclusion:This method can efficiently distinguish normal heart sounds from abnormal heart sounds and solutes the subject matter that tradition heart auscultation exists,besides it also make good for aided diagnosis of heart disease.
