一起消弧线圈控制装置异常动作事件分析及改进措施 被引量:13

摘要 针对某自动跟踪补偿消弧线圈在现场中出现的异常动作现象进行了分析,指出导致其异常动作的原因在于消弧线圈本身判断单相接地故障消失的判据过于简单。通过对中性点经消弧线圈接地系统单相接地故障消失后零序电压的分析和仿真研究,提出了基于零序电压突变量的判别单相接地故障消失的判据,适用于预调式消弧线圈和随调式消弧线圈。在该判据的基础上对预调式消弧线圈阻尼电阻施以有效控制,杜绝了该异常动作的发生。仿真与现场运行均证明了改进措施的正确性和有效性。 The paper first analyzes the abnormal action of some automatic tracking and compensation arc suppression coil(ASC) in the field and then points out that the reason causing the abnormal action is that the criterion the ASC used to judge the disappearance of the single phase to ground fault(SPGF)is too simple.By doing simulations and analyzing the zero-sequence voltage of neutral point to ground via ASC system after the disappearance of SPGF,the author puts forward a criterion based on the abrupt-changed zero-sequence voltage.The proposed criterion can be used not only for the pre-setting ASC but also the post-setting ASC.Using the ameliorated criterion to realize the appropriate control of the damping resistor of the pre-setting ASC,the abnormal action of the ASC is solved.The results of field operation and the simulation prove the validity of the new control method.
