摘要
农家书屋建设是我国新农村文化建设的重要载体,是惠及我国8亿农民的民生文化工程,也是建设新型社会公共文化服务体系中的重要组成部分。然而在"十一五"期间,全国农家书屋建设发展过程中出现了一些矛盾和问题,需要从投入渠道、建设模式、运行机制、使用方式等方面在理论和实践上进一步进行探讨和考量;要进一步完善使用功能,扩大建设成果,将农家书屋建成政府满意、农民喜爱的我国新农村中传播社会主义先进文化的窗口。
As a cultural project for people＇s well-being, farmhouse library plays an essential role in the cultural construction of the new socialist countryside and the building of a new public cultural service system. However, during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan, the building of farmhouse library came across a series of problems and challenges. This paper analyzes the problems and holds that the construction and management of farmhouse library should take investment channels, model of construction, operation mechanism and management pattern into consideration so as to improve the function of farmhouse library and spread the advanced socialist culture in the new＂ socialist countryside to the satisfaction of both the government and the people.
