混凝土环境对典型聚能射流成型影响的数值模拟

摘要 结合前级聚能装药形成的混凝土环境的特点,利用有限元模拟软件AUTODYN对3种典型聚能装药在混凝土环境中的射流成型情况进行了数值模拟,对在空气和2 mm铝壳体环境中的数值计算结果进行了比较,并通过实验对数值计算结果进行了验证,实验结果与计算值吻合较好。结果表明,混凝土环境对亚半球装药影响最大,较大地提高了头部速度;对K装药影响次之;对锥形装药影响较小;整体效果不如2 mm铝壳体。 On the analysis of the concrete circumstances made by the former shaped charge,finite element program of AUTODYN was used to simulate the process of the three typical charges in the concrete circumstances.Simulations were made comparing with the results of the three charges working in the air and the 2mm Al case circumstances.The experiment was made to verify the simulation results and the experimental results fit the simulation well.The results showed that: when working in the concrete circumstance,HLC could be affected greatly with the head velocity of the jets increasing obviously,KC could be affected less;and CLC could be affected very little.And the effects were smaller than the 2mm Al case circumstances.
