摘要
传统的经济发展模式是资源单向流动的线性化发展模式,短期内可以促进经济发展,但同时也造成环境污染和生态退化,形成人类活动与自然系统的对立与冲突。产业生态化经济发展模式利用自然生态系统原理,从系统观点提出产业的调整,使人类生产系统与自然生态系统充分交融,实现物质反复循环流动,是改变线性化经济发展模式的根本手段,符合建设节约型社会和可持续发展的目标要求。产业生态化经济发展模式对线性化发展模式的取代,需要政府的推动。
Traditional economic development model,a linear development model with one-way flow of resources,can promote economic development in short period,but also brings about environmental pollution and ecological degradation and causes conflicts between human activities and natural system.The economic development model of industrial ecology makes use of natural ecological system principle,brings forward industrial adjustment in terms of system to achieve the harmony of human production system and natural ecological system and realize the circulation of materials.Moreover,it＇s a basic way of changing linear economic development model and can meet the demand of the objective to establish economized society and sustainable development.The replacement of linearized development model by industrial ecological economic development model needs to be driven by government.
