摘要
针对某雷达夹具,首先系统地介绍了LMS试验模态测试方法,得到了该结构的固有频率与振型,进一步使用有限元方法计算了结构的自由模态.在此基础上,研究了仿真模态结果与试验模态结果的差异,给出了相关性分析的预处理方法,进而得到了试验模态与仿真模态的相关性结果,验证了仿真模型的有效性,为进一步的频谱分析,减少样机试验奠定基础.
First,the LMS test lab modal analysis is systematically introduced,the natural frequency and vibration model of the structure are given.Further more,the simulated modal of the clamp structure by FEM is calculated.Based on the above analysis,the differential of modal result between the tested and the simulated are discussed,the corresponding pretreatment method of correlation is given.Lastly,the results of modal correlation are calculated,the MAC values show that the simulated model is effective,Those work will be the basis for further spectrum analysis and reduce the prototype test.
