摘要
随着社会的发展和医疗改革的不断深入,医疗市场竞争日趋激烈,医院职工的价值取向、思想观念、信仰追求等也受到了较大的冲击,医院政治思想工作遇到许多制约性矛盾的困扰,这给医院的思想政治工作者提出了全新的课题和更高的要求。文章就如何适应形势变化的需要,使思想政治工作更好地服务于医院的改革与发展,进行了分析探讨,提出了创新思想政治工作的观点和举措。
With the social development and the deepening of health care reform,increasing severe competition has occurred in health care market,hospital staffs＇values,ideas and beliefs have also been greatly shocked,and hospitals are facing many constraints in political and ideological work,which proposed new issues and higher requirements on hospitals＇ideological and political work.Countermeasures were put forward to make ideological and political work adapt to the new situation,and meet the requirements of hospital reform and development.
