摘要
目的:了解郑州市综合医院医务场所暴力发生现状,探讨其流行特征及其原因,为预防医务场所暴力事件提供依据。方法:整群抽取郑州市6所综合医院,随机抽取医务人员1317名,调查其在1年内遭受医务场所暴力情况,采用描述性方法对调查结果进行分析。结果:医务场所暴力发生率为45.6%;性别、职业之间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);30~40岁的医护人员最易遭受暴力攻击(P〈0.05);门急诊科室暴力发生率最高(P〈0.05)。施暴者主要是家属或探视者;施暴原因主要为候诊时间或等待治疗时间过长,以及施暴者要求未得到满足。医务人员的应对方式主要是与对方讲道理。结论:医务场所暴力已成为医务人员的职业危害,应加强防范管理以减少医务场所暴力事件的发生。
Objective To study the status of medical violence in medical workplace of general hospitals in Zhengzhou,analyze its epidemiological characteristics and causes,and provide reference for prevention.Methods 6 general hospitals in Zhengzhou were selected by cluster sampling.1317 cases of medical staffs were randomly selected from them,and violence they suffered from medical workplace in last one year was surveyed.The results were analyzed by descriptive method.Results 45.6%of participants had suffered from workplace violence.There was no significantly difference in different gender and occupation(P〈0.05).Medical staffs aged 30 to 40 years old suffered more violence(P〈0.05).Outpatient and emergency departments caught the highest rate of violence(P〈0.05).Perpetrators were mainly relatives of patients.And the leading reasons of perpetration were long time waiting for treatment and their requirements were not met.The medical staffs'main coping method towards violence was to reason with each other.Conclusion Violence in medical workplace had become an occupational hazard of medical staffs.Management should be strengthened to prevent the incidence of violence in workplace.
