摘要
对１２ 例Ⅲ°肩锁关节脱位患者行切开复位克氏针内固定并喙肩韧带移行替代喙锁韧带 （改良Ｗｅａｖｅｒ－Ｄｕｎｎ） 手术， 术后随访无脱位或半脱位发生， 依据Ｌａｚｚｃａｎｏ 标准评定为优９例、良２ 例。
patients of Ⅲ° acromioclavicular dislocation were treated by the operation of open reduction and internal fixation with Kirschner pins together with coraco acromial ligament migrating and replacing coracoclavicular ligament(Modified Weaver Dunn Operation),No dislocation and semidislocation were found after operatin,the evaluation result according to Lazzcano Criterion was 9 excellent cases and 2 good cases
