摘要 水下管汇作为一种典型的水下生产设备,设计时需要考虑环境、安装、检查、维护和生产等工况要求,确保在寿命期内能安全、可靠和稳定地运行。因此,对水下管汇的总体布置、结构、管线和控制系统等4个方面进行研究,确定了相应的设计原则及方法。根据设计原则和方法,设计了一种深水水下管汇,并试制了原理样机。该设计原则和方法可以为水下管汇和其他水下设备的工程设计提供参考。 As a kind of typical underwater production facility,deep-water manifold's design requires a comprehensive consideration of the environment,installment,inspection,maintenance and production,ensuring that it can operate in a safe,reliable and stable way within its service life.Therefore,the general arrangement,structure,pipeline and control system of underwater manifold were studied and the corresponding design principle and method were determined.According to the principle and method,a kind of deep-water subsea manifold was designed and the principle prototype was developed.The principle and method can provide a reference for the engineering design of underwater manifold and other kinds of underwater equipment.
