经软镜氩等离子体凝切联合冷冻治疗肺癌大气道阻塞 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨经软质支气管镜氩等离子体凝切(APC)联合冷冻治疗中央型肺癌大气道阻塞的疗效。方法将中央型肺癌大气道阻塞患者82例次,简单随机法分为Ⅰ组(APC联合冷冻治疗组)30例次,Ⅱ组(APC治疗组)25例次、Ⅲ组(冷冻治疗组)27例次,分别予以APC联合冷冻治疗、单纯APC治疗、单纯冷冻治疗,术后2周评价临床效果。结果Ⅰ组有效率较Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组明显提高。结论与单一使用APC或冷冻治疗比较,APC联合冷冻治疗中央型肺癌大气道阻塞疗效进一步提高。 [Objective] To evaluate the effectiveness of argon plasma coagulation (APC) combined with cryosurgery in the treatment of airway obstruction for lung cancer via the flexible bronchoscope.[Methods] 82 patients with bronchostenosis were selected,they were randomly divided into 3 groups:group Ⅰ (APC combined with cryosurgery) 30 patients;group Ⅱ (only APC) 25 patients;group Ⅲ (only cryosurgery) 27 patients.Therapy was performed via flexible bronchoscope by APC 300 equipment and K300 cryosurgery equipment for patients who suffered central airway obstructive tumor.[Results] Two weeks later,the proportion of complete success and partial success patients in group Ⅰ was dramaticlly progressed than group Ⅱ or group Ⅲ (P 0.05).[Conclusions] The method of argon plasma coagulation combined with cryosurgery for central airway obstructive tumor via the flexible bronchoscope is more effective than APC or cryosurgery.
