摘要
目的探讨不同b值对MR弥散加权成像(DWI)的信号强度和表观弥散系数的影响。方法采用1 000、2 000及3 000 s/mm2不同b值对32例健康志愿者在1.5 TMR上进行弥散加权成像磁共振扫描,选择多个灰白质感兴趣区和背景等部位进行信号强度和表观扩散系数(ADC)值的测定,并进行统计学分析。结果随着b值的增加,内囊后肢、胼胝体膝部和额叶皮质信号强度和ADC值下降,各兴趣区在不同b值条件下,其信号强度和ADC值差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 b值对扩散加权成像有影响,不同b值时正常成人脑组织信号强度和ADC值不同。
【Objective】To study the effect of different b values on signal intensity(SI) and apparent dif-fusion coefficient(ADC) of diffusion weighted imaging of normal human brain.【Methods】Diffusion weighted imaging were performed on 32 healthy adults at b=1 000,2 000 and 3 000 s/mm2 on 1.5 TMR machine.The averages of SI and ADC were measured.All subjects were scanned with T1WI and T2WI at the same time.【Results】The measured SI and ADC were significantly decreased accompanied with increased of b value(P 0.05).【Conclusions】B value may have great influence on DWI.The signal intensity and ADC value of nor-mal adult brain are different on DWI with different b value.
