摘要
本文介绍一种新的CMOS 母片结构.该母片采用“栅隔离”和“单元区与布线区融合”技术,提高了母片单元利用率;加强了设计的灵活性;并完全突破以门为基本单元或有限晶体管对数的基本单元的母片形式;可实现不等高和不等宽宏单元的布局.
A novel CMOS masterslice is descrifed inthe paper.Due to gate isolation,cell regionand routing region merge together technologysare used in a novel masterslice,to improve ava-ilality of cell in the masterslice,to impraveflexil ale of design methocl and to improvecomplately of gate array rauting are resulted.Daleto transistor numher in the hasic cell isnat limitecd,placement of noneguation high andnon-eguation width macro-cell can realize.
