摘要
用ACQUITY UPLC BEHC18色谱柱,5mmol乙酸铵水溶液和乙腈作为流动相A和流动相B设置成梯度洗脱,用配有电喷雾离子源四级杆质量分析器的Waters Micromass Quattro Premier JC 042006高效液相色谱串联质谱联用仪测定饮用水中辛硫磷和灭多威的农药残留。辛硫磷和灭多威的检出限分别为0.0011μg/L和0.0042μg/L,平均回收率在94.0%—102.1%之间,RSD(n=5)在1.57%—3.36%之间。
ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18column was used with 5mmol/L ammonium acetate solution and acetonitrile as mobile phase A and mobile phase B for gradient elution,and the residual contents of phoxim and methomyl in the drinking water were detected by Waters Micromass Quattro Premier JC 042006 high performance liquid chromatography coupling mass spectrometer with electro spray positive ion mode quadrupoles mass analyzer.The detection limits,average recoveries and RSD(n=5) of phoxim and methomyl were 0.0011μg/L and 0.0042μg/L,94.0%—102.1% and 1.57%—3.36%,respectively.
