The Tooth Surface Error Measurement and Evaluation of Spiral Bevel Gear based on Three-coordinate Measurement

摘要 根据弧齿锥齿轮的特点,给出一种基于三坐标测量的弧齿锥齿轮齿面误差测量与评定的方法。首先利用UG建立其三维实体模型,以此作为齿轮齿面误差检测与评定的理想要素;然后用三坐标测量机对实际齿面上的网格结点进行测量;再将三坐标测量机所采数据点导入到UG,利用实际齿面与理论齿面之间的偏差拟合出差曲面,以此反映弧齿锥齿轮的齿面误差。通过对汽车后桥从动齿轮的实际检测与评定,验证了本方法的有效性和可行性。 A method of spiral bevel gear tooth surface error measurement and evaluation based on three-coordinate measurement is given according to the characteristics of spiral bevel gear.The 3D solid model building in UG is regarded as the gear ideal factor of measure and error evaluation;the grid nodes in the real gear tooth surface are measured by using three-coordinate measurement machine,and the collected data point is led into UG.The tooth surface error of spiral bevel gear is reflected by the difference surface which is fitted by the deviation between real tooth surface and theoretical tooth surface.The effectiveness and feasibility of this method is verified by actual measuring and evaluating the automobile rear axle driven gear.
