摘要 肿瘤血管新生的过程是在一系列正反馈和负反馈因子作用下发生的复杂的链级反应。肿瘤干细胞是存在于肿瘤中一小部分具有自我更新和多向分化潜能的细胞群体。大量研究表明,肿瘤干细胞参与并促进肿瘤的血管新生,血管内皮生长因子能够调节内皮增殖和血管生成,从而促进肿瘤的生长和转移。 The process of tumor angiogenesis is a complicated chain reaction which happens under the action of a series of positive feedback and negative feedback factors. Cancer stem cells are small part cell groups of self-renewal and multilineage differentiation potential in tumors. Many studies indicate that tumor stem cells participate in the process of tumor angiogenesis, and vascular endothelial growth factor can regulate endothelial proliferation and angiogenesis, thereby promoting tumor growth and metastasis.
