摘要
目的探讨二维及彩色多普勒超声在阑尾炎诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性收集分析2008年3月至2010年11月湘潭市中心医院158例经手术病理确诊的阑尾炎患者的二维及彩色多普勒超声表现。结果 136例患者二维及彩色多普勒超声声像图呈典型表现,与手术及病理结果吻合,诊断的符合率为86.07%,22例患者因体质量指数过大、盲肠后位、肠胀气等因素影响声像图表现导致漏诊或误诊。结论二维及彩色多普勒超声联合应用可提高阑尾炎的早期诊断符合率,为临床治疗提供依据,是阑尾炎诊断的首选影像学方法。
Objective To investigate the value of the two-dimensional ultrasonography and color doppler in the diagnosis of appendicitis.Methods One hundred and fifty-eight patients who with appendicitis in Xiangtan central hospital from March 2008 to November 2010 were collected,the data of their ultrasonic images were review analyzed.Results The ultrasonic images of one hundred and thirty-six patients were typical with the same results of pathological diagnosis,the consistent rate was 86.07 percent,twenty-two patients were misdiagnosis for the factors of high BMI,the position of appendix were behind the caecum,the distension,et al.Conclusion The application of two-dimensional ultrasonography and color doppler in the diagnosis of appendicitis could improve the consistent rate and provided evidences for clinical treatments,worth to be considered the first intervertebral choice.
