摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎患者的临床效果。方法 200例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象被随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组给予西药常规治疗,实验组给予中西医结合治疗。结果实验组在痊愈率(χ2=13.281,P<0.01)、总有效率(χ2=5.444,P<0.05)和半年复发率(χ2=5.659,P<0.05)方面均显著优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎,能显著提高临床效果,降低复发率,是值得临床考虑的治疗方案。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of western drug combined with traditional chinese drug used for patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory.Methods 200 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Control group was given therapy of routine therapy of western drug,and experimental group was given therapy of western drug combined with traditional chinese drug.Results The total effective rate（χ2=5.444,P0.05）,cure rate（χ2=13.281,P0.01） and recurred rate in half year（χ2=5.659,P0.05） of experimental group were significantly better than that of control group.Conclusions Western drug combined with traditional chinese drug used for patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory,can significantly enhance clinical effect and decrease the recurred rate,so it is a desirable therapeutic method in clinical work.
