摘要
目的探讨90例肺挫裂伤的临床救治体会。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,分析泰兴市中医院收治的90例肺挫裂伤患者临床资料,根据损伤程度作出明确诊断,实行保守治疗。结果治疗后RR、PaO2、PaCO2、PaO2/FiO2明显优于治疗前,治愈87例(96.7%)、死亡3例(3.3%),无并发症发生。结论 90例肺挫裂伤患者临床治疗效果明显,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To approach clinical remedy comprehend of 90 cases lungs contend.Method To retrospective analyze the clinical data of 90 cases lungs contend patients in Taixing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,which was conclusive diagnosis by degree of injury,which were expectant treatment.Result The RR、PaO2、PaCO2、PaO2/FiO2 of post-treatment were better than prior treatment,the curing was 87 cases（96.7%）,the death was 3 cases（3.3%）,which was no complication.Conclusion The clinical therapeutic efficacy of 90 cases lungs contend patients were obviously,which was to be used.
