摘要
目的探讨急性颅脑损伤院前急救的原则应用价值。方法回顾性收集分析罗平县人民医院597例急性颅脑损伤院前急救的原则、措施。结果院前急救为进一步诊治创造条件,提高抢救成功率。结论急性颅脑损伤院前急救维护患者生命,减少继发性损伤,减轻患者痛苦减少致残率及病死率。
Objective Acute Brain Injury principles of first aid application.Mtheods Retrospectively analyzed 597 cases of acute brain injury in the principles of first aid,measures.Result First aid create conditions for further treatment to improve the success rate.Conclusion Raise awareness of acute brain injury the ability of first aid,maintenance life of patients,reduce the secondary injury,alleviate the suffering of patients,create the conditions for the further treatment,improve the survival rate,reduce the morbidity and mortality.
