摘要
为研究急性期蛋白与乳房炎之间的相关性和传统中药公英散、黄芪的抗乳房炎损伤能力,选取家兔乳房灌注脂多糖(LPS)制作家兔乳房炎模型,随机将家兔分为公英散组、黄芪组、阴性对照组。使用公英散、黄芪和等量生理盐水灌胃并测定其血清中C-反应蛋白、白蛋白、血清铜蓝蛋白含量。结果显示,公英散和黄芪能降低内毒素引起的急性期反应;公英散和黄芪对乳房炎具有较好的治疗作用。
To investigate the relation of acute phase protein, mastitis and the anti-mastitis damage capability of Gongying power and Astragalus,rabbits which were infused with LPS to model mastitis were divided into Gongying power, Astragalus and negative control group. Rabbits were oral administrated with Gongying power and Astragalus to evaluate the concentrations of C-reactive protein, albumin and ceruloplasmin in serum. That Gongying power and Astragalus could reduce endotoxin induced acute phase response. Gongying power and Astragalus have good effects to mastitis.
