摘要
奶牛腐蹄病是在世界范围内发生的一种奶牛常见病,严重影响奶牛的生产性能,给奶牛养殖业造成巨大的经济损失。坏死杆菌是奶牛腐蹄病的主要病原菌,近年来得到了广泛而深入的研究。作者在本实验室研究成果基础上,对奶牛腐蹄病坏死杆菌的病原诊断研究进展作一综述,望为奶牛腐蹄病的早期诊断和及时治疗提供参考。
Footrot in dairy cattle is a common disease,and frequently break out in many bovine-raising countries in the world.The disease has a serious impact on production performance and milk quality,and has led to severe economic losses to dairy industry.Fusobacterium necrophorum is a primary pathogen of cattle footrot,and has been concerned in recent years.In this paper,progress on etiological diagnosis of Fusobacterium necrophorum caused dairy cattle footrot is described on basis of our research.The purpose is to provide some information for early diagnosis and timely treatment.
