摘要
数字通信系统在医院的应用,经历了从简单的办公电话到以患者为中心的众多应用(如呼叫中心,移动协同办公)的发展过程,而且必然会发展到以融合通信,统一通信为基础的更加丰富的医院应用。现阶段,包含数字通信系统应用在内的信息化已经成为医院管理活动的重要手段,推动了管理上从以医院为中心向以患者为中心的转变,对医院经营管理活动具有积极的意义。
From single office station telephone to kinds of services such as call instruction and moving cooperation work which based on patient-centered, DCS in hostipal will inevitably develop to richer hospital applications based on the converged and unified communications.Now ,informationization including DCS ,becomes a important measure of hostipal managing activities and promotes the the hostipal＇s transformation from the centre to the patient to the centre which has positive significance to hospital management and operation.
