结核性脑膜炎合并隐球菌性脑膜炎的诊治体会

摘要 目的探讨结核性脑膜炎合并隐球菌性脑膜炎的诊断和治疗的有效方法。方法对2007年1月-2010年8月在我科住院治疗的52例患者及时进行头颅CT及脑脊液检查确诊为结核性脑膜炎合并隐球菌性脑膜炎,并予抗真菌、抗结核、脱水、支持及对症治疗2个月。结果52例患者均好转出院,无明显后遗症。结论结核性脑膜炎合并隐球菌性脑膜炎患者需及早诊断和治疗,提高治愈率,降低病残率及死亡率。 Objective: To discuss an effective method to diagnose and treat tuberculous meningitis complicated with cryptococcal neoformans meningitis. Method: Confirmed that 52 cases of patients admissed in our tuberculosis department during January and August in 2010 were diagnosed with of tuberculous meningitis complicated with cryptococcal neoformans meningitis by head CT and cere- brospinal fluid exam, then applied anti-fungal, anti-tuberculosis, dehydration, vital sign support and heteropathy for 2 months. Result: All the 52 recovered and discharged without any obvious sequelaes. Conclusion: Patients with tuberculous meningitis and cryptococcal neoformans meningitis need diagnosing and treating early so as to to improve the cure rate and lower disability rate and mortality rate.
