摘要
目的：对治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的三种方法进行临床效果比较，探讨更佳的方法。方法：将我院2008年1月～2010年12月收治的120例青春期功血患者按照知情同意的原则随机分为三组。A组采用苯甲酸雌二醇、乙烯雌酚、安宫黄体酮治疗；B组采用倍美力、安宫黄体酮治疗；C组采用妈富隆治疗；比较分析三组的临床效果结果：A、B、C三组的总有效率分别为92．5％、87．5％、97．5％，组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；C组的控制出血时间及完全止血时间分别为（42．3±7．2）h、（60．5±5．8）h，明显短于A、B两组，组间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）：C组的不良反应发生率略低于A、B两组，组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：妈富隆治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血效果较佳，值得临床推广应用。
Objective： to compare the clinical effects of three methods to treat adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Explore a better method.Methods： In accordance with the principle of informed consent divide 120 patients of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding of Our hospital in January 2008 - December 2010 into three groups.each 40 cases.A group were treated with Estradiol benzoate, diethylstilbestrol, medroxyprogesterone acetate;B group were treated with Premarin,.medroxyprogesterone acetate;C group was treated with Marvelon,The clinical effects of the fhree groups were compared and analysed.Resuhs：The total effective rate of A,B,C groups were 92.5%, 87.5%,97.5% respectively. No statistically significant difference between groups （P 〉 0.05 ）;the control bleeding time and Stop bleeding time of C group were （42.3 ± 7.2）h, （60.5 ± 5.8 ）h,significantly shorter than A,B groups, Between-group differences are significant （P 〈 0.01 ）;the incidence of adverse reactions,slightly lower than A,B groups, No statistically significant difference between groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Marvelon treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding Was better, worthy of clinical application.
