摘要
目的:探讨微创技术在神经外科中的应用价值。方法:2009年至2010年本组进行微创手术182例,其中无框架脑立体定向手术89例,微骨孔入路61例,微骨孔入路加无框架立体定向手术32例。结果:病灶和重要解剖结构定位准确,病灶定位误差均在2mm以内,无手术死亡。结论:微创技术对脑和脊髓外科,尤其对切除脑深部病灶很有帮助,可以准确发现病灶,保护正常神经组织。
objective Minimally invasive techniques in neurosurgery discussed the application value. Methods 2009 to 2010 operation. it group 182 cases, of which no framework brain stereotaetic 89 cases, micro bone hole into the road, micro bone hole 61 eases without frame into Luke stereotactic 32 cases. Results Lesions and important anatomic structure accurate positioning and the position error 2ram lesions are no operative death within. Conclusion Minimally invasive technology can accurate found lesions, protect normal neural tissue.
