摘要
通过对国内外相关研究的系统回顾,对医疗保障制度实施效果评价的基本逻辑及其中主要的误差和偏倚来源进行了归纳和总结,并以研究者不断减小和修正各种误差和偏倚的努力为导向,以此来循迹相关评估方法的演进过程。
Through systematically reviewing the relevant studies,the paper summarized the basic logic and sources of the main errors and biases in the effect evaluation of health security mechanisms.And along the guide line of researchers＇endeavor in errors reduction and biases adjustment,the paper reviewed evolution of the relevant evaluation technology.
