摘要 在对教师教学效果的评价考核中,多数学校采用按教师平均得分进行排名并作为考核教师的重要依据.但是受所教班级学生人数及课程性质等因素影响,这种简单排名方法有时不能真实的反映教师的教学效果,而且也不能给出教师之间的教学效果差距出现在哪些方面,达不到以评促教的目的.为更客观、全面的对教师教学效果进行评价,将探索性的因子分析模型应用到教师教学效果评价中,结合某校网上学生评教的实际数据建立了教师教学效果评价因子分析模型,提取出五个潜在地反映教师教学效果的公共因子,并给出教师在五个公共因子的得分及排名,并且进一步具体分析出每个教师在教学环节的五个方面的优势和不足,真正做到以评促教. In the evaluation of teaching effect,the rank by average score of teachers is often used as an important basis for evaluating teaching effect of teachers.However,this simple ranking method sometimes not truly reflects the teaching effect of teachers because of different numbers of students and different properties of courses.And it does not show the specific aspects of the difference between teachers.Thus the purpose of promoting teaching by evaluation can not be achieved.In order to let teacher's evaluation more objective and more comprehensive,we applied the factor analysis model to evaluation of teaching effect,and established the factor analysis model with the actual data of Student Evaluating Teachers Online.Then we obtained the five potential factors reflecting teaching effect of teachers and gave the factor scores and ranks.Finally,we analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of each teacher about five aspects of teaching process and thus realized promoting teaching effect by evaluation.
