摘要
采用同种肋软骨为听骨柱， 以部分听骨赝复物（ＰＯＲＰ） 及全听骨赝复物（ＴＯＲＰ） 完成鼓室成形术５２８ 耳。肋软骨取材于死亡未达２４ ｈ 的新鲜尸体，放入７０％ 酒精中保存一个月后使用， 术前雕刻成ＰＯＲＰ和ＴＯＲＰ。５２８ 耳术后经６ 个月至１４ 年随访， 听力提高１５ｄＢ以上的有４２６ 耳， 占８０－７％ 。对移植于中耳内４ 年以上的软骨柱作了组织学观察并讨论了该术式的特点。
The tympanoplasty including PORP and TORP was appliated in 528 ears.Ossicular chain was reconstructed with allogeneic rib cartilage.The rib cartilage was taken from fresh body within 24 hours after death.The cartilage was preserved in 70% alcohol for at least one month.Then RORP and TORP were carved before operation.After following up from 6 months to 14 years,the hearing level was increased over 15 dB in 426 ears(80 7%).Histological observation was taken for cartilage column which was (80 7%).Histological observation was taken for cartilage column which was implanted into tympanum over 4 years.The features of the techmiques were discussed.
