摘要
目的：对于不能手术的Ⅲｂ～Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌，目前仍缺乏有效的治疗方法。本研究意在探讨ＮＰ 方案对Ⅲｂ～Ⅳ期ＮＳＣＬＣ的疗效。方法：本研究应用诺维本（２５ｍｇ／ｍ２ ，ｄｌ、ｄ８）加顺铂（４０ｍｇ ｄｌ～３）治疗Ⅲｂ～Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌２９ 例。结果：取得ＣＲ１ 例、ＰＲ例１１ 例，总有效率４１３７％ ，初治者有效率４７６２％ ，复治者有效率２５ ％ ，主要毒性反应为白细胞减少，发生率为９６５５ ％ ，其中Ⅲ、Ⅳ度骨髓抑制占６８９６％ ，常规应用止吐治疗后，消化道反应轻微，仅４ 例（１３７９ ％ ）发生周围神经毒性。结论：研究表明本方案疗效明确。
Objective: To study the effect of combination chemotherapy of Navelbine and Cisplatin in the treatment of stage Ⅲb-Ⅳnon-small cell lung cancer Methods: Twenty-nine patients with stage Ⅲb-Ⅳnon-small cell lung cancer were treated with Navelbine 25mg/m 2 iv for 1,8 days and Cisplatin 40mg iv drip for 1～3 days Results: Complete response in 1 patient and partial response in 11 were observed with an overall response rate of 41 37% Leukopenia was the most frequent toxicity (96 55%) and the grade 3, grade 4 leukopenia were totally present in 68 96% Nausea/vomiting was mild There were only 4 patients experienced peripheral neurotoxicity Conclusion: The study demonstrated that this regimen is effective and safe
