摘要
目的 研究微波治疗对肢体淋巴水肿组织内胶原纤维和巨噬细胞的影响,以探讨其作用机制。方法 肢体淋巴水肿患者21例,比较其治疗前后皮肤光镜和超微结构的组织学改变。结果 治疗后组织胶原纤维排列倾向有序,巨噬细胞功能增强表现为伪足增多等。结论 微波治疗可减轻肢体淋巴水肿的组织纤维化,其作用部分通过调节巨噬细胞的功能来实现。
Objective To investigate the histological changes of collagen fibers and macrophages in the tissues of lymphedema of extremities in order to clarify the working mechanisms of microwave on lymphedema.Methods 21 cases with chronic lymphedema of lower extremities were studied by light and electron microscope before and after the treatment.Results After the treatment,the collagen fibers in the dermis became more well organized;macrophages showed strong activity with increased pseudopodia and others.Conclusion The treatment of microwave method can decrease the fibrosis of limbs lymphedema,which was partially worked by increase of macrophages activity.
