摘要
目的 :建立一种用HPLC分离测定Legalon胶囊、益肝灵片、复方益肝灵片中水飞蓟宾、异水飞蓟宾、水飞蓟亭、水飞蓟宁含量的方法。方法 :以Shim -PackVP -ODS ( 1 50mm× 4 6mm ,5μm)及预柱 ( 1 0mm× 4 6mm ,5μm)为分析柱。甲醇与混合溶剂水 -二氧六环 ( 9∶1 )按梯度洗脱为流动相 ,流速为 1 5mL·min- 1,检测波长为 2 88nm ,柱温为 4 0℃。结果 :样品中各组分的平均回收率分别为水飞蓟亭 99 66% ,水飞蓟宁 99 4 8% ,水飞蓟宾 1 0 0 0 % ,异水飞蓟宾98 72 %。结论 :该法同时测定 4个主要有效成分的含量 ,便捷、灵敏、准确。
Objective:A HPLC method in the separation and determination of Silybin,Isosilybin,Silydianin and Silycristin in Legalon,Yiganling tablets and Compound Yiganling tablets was developed Method:In the method Shim-pack VP-ODS(150 mm×4 6 mm,5 μm) and(10 mm×4 6 mm,5 μm)as the column and methanol and solvent mixture water-dioxane(9∶1)by gradient as the mobile phase and the flow rate of 1 5 mL·min -1 and column temp of 40 ℃were adopted and the detection wavelength of 288 nm was specified Results:The average recovery of 99 66% for Silycristin,99 48% for Silydianin,100 0% for Silybin and 98 72% for isosilybin is respectively obtained Conclusion:The method is convient,sensitive and actuate
