摘要
本文介绍了一种作者自创的人类精液快速冷冻保存方法———精液细管一步冷冻法。通过与电脑程序化逐步冷冻法、液氮蒸气逐步冷冻法，以及其它常用的快速精液冷冻法在冻融后精子复苏率（ 本研究结果：６８ ．３ ±８ ．６ ％ ） ，临床人工授精效果（ 本研究结果：妊娠率４２ ．８ ％ ；流产率１１ ％ ） 以及操作特点等方面进行比较，显示精液细管一步冷冻法是一种操作较简便，并能保持用细管作为精液冻贮容器所具有的精子库贮存量大、标本易存取和可与常用人工授精器械（ 法国凯苏设计的，目前国外流行使用的 Ａ Ｉ Ｄ 器材） 配合使用等优点，同时又具有良好的临床人工授精效果的人类精液快速冻贮方法。
One kind of simplified human semen cryopreservation technique named“One step fine plastic tube cryopreservation”which was designed by the author is introduced in detail.The comparisons were made between this technique with the other human semen cryopreservation techniques such as the programized method with a programized deep freezer,progressive freeze with liquid nitrogen vapor and other quick freezing methods in sperm recovery rate, the clinical result of AID and their operative characteristics .It showed that although there are no significant differences in sperm recovery rate (this method:68.3±8.6 %) and the clinical result (this method:pregnancy rate 42.8 %,spontaneous abortion rate 11 %),but the one step fine plastic tube cryopreservation not only much easier to operate but also occupying smaller space of liquid nitrogen tank and to be able to form a complete set with the specific apparatus used widespreadly in the world for artificial insemination and etc.Therefore it is a good quick cryopreservation method of human semen and worth to recommend.
