摘要
本文介绍了整体化微波带状电路的优点,以及光刻、聚四氟乙烯表面处理,粘接、电路的外形加工等主要加工工艺,并给出了各种实验测试结果,证明本工艺技术研究的可行性。
This paper describes advantages of the integrated microwave strip circuit,and major working technologies for photoetching,teflon surface treating,sticking,outline working of circuit,etc..The results of all experiments and tests are given and feasibility study of the technology is demonstrated.
