摘要
电解铝是耗能大户,通过技术研发降低能耗是铝行业坚持不懈的追求。通过改进阳极组装用磷生铁的配方并添加复合改性剂的方法改善磷生铁性能,降低阳极组在电解槽内工作时的铁-碳压降。在现场试验中,经过测试,铁-碳压降降低约50mV,节能效果十分明显。
Electrolytic aluminium is a big consumer of energy consumption,energy saving and consumption reduction through technology RD is pursued.Gray cast iron performance is improved through reforming composite and adding composite modifier,Fe-C voltage drop is reduced in the electrolytic cell.In field experiment,Fe-C voltage drop is reduced about 50mV,energy saving is great successful.
