摘要
本文利用开波导法对屏蔽情况下不对称放置的环形介质谐振器进行了区域划分,并将Itoh和Rudokas模型加以推广,用这种模型来分析环形介质谐振器中的电磁场,采用两种数学处理方法来求解其谐振频率,并编制了有关程序。将计算结果与已发表文献上有关数据比较,误差分别小于3.3%和1.2%,随后对传输型介质谐振器稳频振荡器电路作了分析。从导出的有关公式可知,振荡器频率,稳定度,效率等与振荡器,介质谐振器的参数及介质谐振器与微带线的耦合系数有关。最后实验试制了-2.64GHz的传输型振荡器,其输出率功可达20mW。在-30℃~+50℃温度变化范围内,其频率稳定度为1.8ppm/℃。电压推频系数为1.95MHz/V。
Based on the dielectric waveguide model the calculation of the shilded dielectric rihg resonator(DR)is discussed in this paper.Two methods of computations are described The errors of the results of calculation are within 3.3% and 1.2% respectively comparing with the data published in the literature. The experimental data coincide with the theoretical results.A transmission type MIC S-band DRO is designed and constructed.The experimental data are given also.
