摘要
本文以统计资料为依据,从数量、质量和配置状况等方面,分析了近年来广州市劳动力资源的变动。同时将广州劳动力的变动状况同北京、上海和天津市进行了横向比较,结果表明广州市劳动力资源在总量上增长较大,质量也有所提高,但产业配置效益却变动不大。
Based on some data,this paper analyses ch anges of labor resources in Guangzhou from the gross,quality and assignment.Meanwhile,by comparing with Beijing,Shanghai and Tianjin municipality it shows that the labor resources in Guangzhou have great increase in the gross and some improvement in quality,but the benefit of industry assignment does not have some changes.
