摘要
首先介绍系统CAE仿真特点和流程,利用系统CAE仿真技术建立抓斗铰链卡死工况的基本有限元模型,指出系统CAE技术常见的零部件装配的有限元处理方法,分析该工况下的边界条件,施加合理的约束与载荷。最后通过计算机仿真结果来验证有限元模型的正确性。
Firstly,it introduces the characteristics CAE simulation system and its processes,uses CAE simulation technology to build the basic finite mode of grab during hinges stuck,points the method to do with common assemble using CAE technology,and analyzes the boundary conditions at special working condition,imposes reasonable constraints and loads on the finite mode.Finally,the accuracy of the finite element model by the result of computer simulation is vertified.
