摘要
介绍了鄯善外运油库装车系统增加自流装车工艺的具体施工方案及经济效益。根据来车数量利用装车流程上下游间的位差势能实现自流装车,不受停电或设备故障影响,不仅满足铁路装车条件的要求,而且保护设备,节约运行成本,消除了因外销量少启泵装车造成的不安全隐患。
The technical reform plan of oil loading system in Korla-Shanshan tank farm is introduced. The technical reform project includes increasing a gravity flow system to the oil loading system. This technical reform not only meets the needs of rail oil loading,but also protects the loading e-quipments and saves the operation costs,which increases the safety of oil loading system.
