摘要
我国高等教育进入规模发展以来,高等院校年度招生人数和毕业生数量大大增加,大学生就业形势日趋严峻;与此同时却出现了企业所需人才严重短缺的现象。瑞典高等教育的相关实践和经验可为我们提供有益借鉴。本文对瑞典校企合作的政策和实践做法予以探讨,并对加强我国校企合作提出了相应建议。
The number of university students and graduates has increased abruptly since the big expansion in 1998.As a result,employment becomes more and more difficult for the graduates.However,at the same time,industries are facing the serious lack of suitable talents.The relevant practices and experiences of Sweden higher education have offered us valuable reference.This paper explores on the policy and practice of university-industry cooperation in Sweden and then puts forward relevant suggestions to strengthen university-industry cooperation in China.
