摘要
根据对大庆油田电力调度通信需求的简要分析和大庆油田电网的特点，阐明了大庆油田电网调度组织关系以及自动化数据流向关系，简述了大庆油田电力调度通信网建设的总体思路，介绍了电力调度通信网建设的实施情况及达到的功能，最后给出了电力调度通信网的发展设想，并提出了具体建议。
This article shows the orgnization relationship of Daqing oilfield electric power dispatch and the automatic data flow direction relationship,briefly introuduces the overall thinking of construction of Daqing oilfield electric power dispatch communication network and the implementing circumstances and the function can be attained of the electric power dispatch communication network construction. Finally the article shows the developing ideas of electric power dispatch communication network and puts forward some suggestions.
