摘要
在倡导"科学发展观",建设和谐社会的背景下,面对城市发展所面临的社会挑战,城市规划应在自我反思和对城市规划的社会学传统的充分认知基础上,将对社会需求与社会公正的关注纳入传统空间规划,并赋予城市规划更为广泛的社会意义和政策内涵,实现城市规划的"社会学转向"。
In the context of ＂Scientific Outlook on Development＂ and construction of harmonious society,also because of the social challenges faced by urban development,urban planning should not only be in self-reflection,but also acknowledge its sociological tradition fully,and then it will bring social needs and social justice into traditional spatial planning.We should also give urban planning deeper social significance and policy implications,so that it can achieve its sociological transition.
