摘要
通过对GB150 —1998《钢制压力容器》及现行大学教材中表述的等面积法补强面积的比较, 发现标准与教材中的等面积补强面积接管补强范围不一致, 且补强面积基准不明确或基准在补强前后不一致, 提出应将计算厚度理解为分布于壳体外侧, 并始终以计算厚度表面为补强基准确定接管补强范围的方法, 不仅概念清晰, 而且补强面积计算公式与GB150 —1998 提供的面积计算公式完全一致。
The equal area reinforcement methods described in the existing teaching material and Chineses stardard are compared, and it is found that the reinforment areas calculated by these methods are not identical, and the reinforcement area criterions are unclear. Therefore it is proposed that the calculated thickness should be regarded as distributing on the external side of the vessel body, and the reinforcement range of the connecting tube should be determined by taking the calculated thickness surface as reinforcement criterion.
