摘要
生产作业过程中, 连续油管直径增长会引起与设备的不相容, 进而导致连续油管的严重机械损坏。根据试验数据和运用TableCurve3D 软件建立的连续油管直径增长预测模型, 不仅可以预测连续油管在各种压力和几何弯曲形状下的直径增长, 而且还可以评价当连续油管的外径、壁厚、材料品质、内压和弯曲半径发生相对小的变化时对直径增长的影响。这些分析将帮助用户在连续油管发生严重损坏之前, 提前诊断连续油管的直径增长, 并排除或减少引起直径增长的因素。
In this article, factors causing coiled tubing diametral growth and harm of growth are analyzed, a reliable CT diametral growth model has been developed based on test data and 3 D surface fitting technique, and applications of the model and analysis of example are given. The developed model can be used not only to predict CT diametral growth under various pressure and bending geometry conditions, but also to evaluate the effects on CT growth of relatively small changes in tubing OD, wall thickness, material grade, internal pressure, and bending radius. These analyses will help operators detect early CT diametral growth before severe damage occurs, and eliminate or reduce operational factors that contribute to growth.
