摘要
目的:萘普生溶解度较小,因此研究如何提高其溶解度在应用上有实际意义。方法:用紫外分光光度法确定在不同浓度的阿斯匹林溶液中萘普生的浓度。结果:随着阿斯匹林浓度的增大萘普生的溶解度增大,且呈线性。其线性回归方程为:CN= 2.3487×10- 1CA- 8.3286×10- 6相关系数|r|= 0.9985。结论:阿斯匹林对萘普生有增溶作用。其作用机制是阿斯匹林与萘普生分子之间有弱的氢键生成。从而使两者形成一种分子复合物。
Objective Naprosin solubility is smaller in aqueous. Being applied, it is important to increase Naprosin solubility. Methods we determine Naprosin concetratious in vavious Aspirin solution by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results Naprosin solubility increase in line with the Aspirin concetration increase. We have got regressio equation C=2.3487×10 -1 -8.3286×10 -6 and correlation coefficient |r|=0.9985. Conclusion Mechanism of Naprosin solubilization in Asirin aqueous solution is that Aspirin and Naprosin formes molecular compounds containing hydrogen bounds.
